1 c oatmeal (I use old fashioned oats)
2/3 c unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 to 2/3 c peanut butter
1/2 c wheat germ or flax seed
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/3 c honey or maple syrup
1 T chia seeds
- 1 tsp
vanillaextract
Stir all the ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour. Once chilled, roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or the freezer for one month.
