1 lb 16-20 shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/3 c lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil
1 T chopped rosemary
1 tsp dried oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp kosher salt
Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, oregano, salt and garlic in a resealable plastic bag.
Add the shrimp to the bag and shake well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Discard the marinade. Cook the shrimp (skewered) on the grill or under the broiler until the shrimp is opaque- 6- 8 minutes.
