Anzaldi Energy Bars

1 c natural peanut butter (I use Santa Cruz)
3/4 c honey
2 c whole oats, preferably sprouted rolled oats
1/3 c chocolate  or vanilla protein powder
1/2 c unsweetened coconut flakes
1 c flax seed
1 c raisins or mini chocolate chips (or a combination of both)

In a saucepan over medium heat or in the microwave, combine peanut butter and honey until warm .
Meanwhile, combine oats, protein powder, coconut flakes, flax seed and raisins/ chocolate chips.
Remove peanut butter mixture from heat and add to oat mixture. Combine well.
Pour into a 9 inch square baking pan and refrigerate until chilled.
Cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator.

Nutrition information: 200 calories, 9 grams of fat, 6.5 grams of protein, 27 grams of carbs.
